excel - Moving named ranges with moving columns -

i using excel 2010 , windows 7.

suppose have sheet data in columns f. text in third row cell used captiontext label on userform. since both cell value , column number can change cannot fixed cell or value.

for each column have named range defined, different in size. column "myrange". can have label text in third row cell within range.

what need is, when cut , paste/insert e.g old column new column d, "myrange" automatically points new location of column. want use vba accomplish this.

in this thread read relative refersto formula, doesn't need.

the solution specific problem not @ named ranges use named cell function. still know if possible named ranges.
