php - User privacy setting Laravel -

i new laravel must enjoying lot. have got task in hand in have crete db user (of course other web app), in user have privacy setting need. example if user creates new post user can choose either he/she can share among there friends, public or make private. cannot decide is:

do create column inside user table , privacy setting

or

does laravel has class can implement?

what ideal solution problem. using larval 4.2 version.
