ios - IOS8 App Icon Submission Failed -

i trying submit app icon. however, pops out 2 errors , rejects submission:

this extremely weird if tried many times different app icon generators. can download app icon set here: appiconset

what's more use empty pages launch images, 1 640*960 1 640*1136.

is there me out? think apple docs issue brief , bring trouble everyone.

you may have missed specifying 4th or 5th icon image properly. properly, meant specify 120x120 pixels image has in .png format.

about 2nd error. think, haven't specified launch image.

under general tab, go "app icon , launch images" section , click on right arrow beside launch images. enter image description here
