android - Can not scrolling on mobile browser Until clicking menu dropdown button -

this first time i'm asking on stackoverflow. website got problem hard understand.the problem is can not scroll down website on mobile browsers (android + chrome). when click on menu button can scroll smoothly. when check on desktop (mobile screen) not encounter such problem can't debug fix.

i need guys. other pages on website works normally. homepage different.
