python - Tables within tables Beautifulsoup -

i'm trying obama's 2009 speech website:

and looks there multiple tables within tables, , can't seem navigate through beautifulsoup text of speech.

any ideas?

search class="displaytext" , parent <td>, iterate through '<p>' tags in it.
