how check if app fresh installation or re installation. want user have history downloaded if re-installation whats app. thought of writing user id in shared preference not possible data may erased once app uninstalled. having folder of app on device used image caching , downloading new images, not reliable user may delete folder. else can try ???
obtain user storage getexternstorage, leave file there specifies usage history. file save there survive uninstalls , reinstalls. of course user can delete file not, , if name realize part of program.
